Baileigh Industrial offers a band saw for all applications both large and small. Band Saws can be a very accurate and efficient method for metal sawing and for band sawing many other varieties of materials. Baileigh Industrial’s band saws include as standard variable speed control, dual descent mechanisms, variable descent speed, solid cast or structural saw bows, band saw blade tensioning device, efficient vice mechanism for clamping materials, and band saws guides and rollers. Many of these features are options on competitive band saws. Our sheet metal folder line consists of five models that are all heavily constructed of metal plate that is electro welded together to make a sturdy box and pan folder that can bend at full capacity for decades of use. All Baileigh sheet metal folders have heavy truss rod systems on the bottom and top allowing for crisp bends in the middle of the machine as well on each end. These cold saws are used to cut tube, pipe and solids to varying lengths. These machine tools are also commonly referred to as a circular saw machine or mitre saw machines. Circular saws are also used to cut materials on varying angles. A circular saw blade is used in these machines. Cuts made with these cold circular saws are very precise and accurate.
Baileigh offers a fantastic sheet metal guillotine line consisting of several hydraulic metal shears as well as foot operated machines. The hydraulic metal guillotine has industrial grade hydraulics with rigidly constructed frames allowing for decades of use in any metal fabrication shop. We currently offer a sheet metal guillotine for 16, 14 & 10 gauge sheet metal. Our metal guillotine line is in stock for quick deliveries and in person demonstrations.
Baileigh’s bending machine line is a perfect complement to any fabrication shop. This is the perfect bending machine for smaller pieces that need to be square. Noting that bending some of these smaller pieces in a press brake can be tricky, but not on this machine when the stock can lie on its side throughout the bending process. These bending machines are in stock for demonstration and quick deliveries.
Baileigh’s hydraulic press line is rigidly constructed of heavy metal plate that is electro welded together. It has powerful industrial grade hydraulics with two speeds and a manual override for precise control. This hydraulic press has chains to lift and position the bottom beam with ease. Baileigh Industrial now offers a wide variety of mandrel benders appropriate for applications from big to small. Mandrel Tube Benders are available to bend pipe from 12 mm diameter up to 400 mm diameter. Baileigh Industrial has a mandrel bender suitable for all applications from handrail to aerospace applications. Mandrel Pipe Benders are available with very basic features all the way up to a very complex CNC Mandrel bender appropriate for production and highly technical applications. Mandrel benders are used for tube bends where the Centre Line Radius is equal to 1.5 times the outside diameter of the tube. Mandrel Tube benders can bend pipes on a very tight CLR and also a very generous (large) CLR. Baileigh Industrial Limited now offers a new line of Steelworkers in 44, 55 and 76 metric ton capacities. These steelworkers are are capable of shearing, punching, and notching bar, angle or plate. Steelworkers are also commonly referred to as Ironworkers.
Roll bender machines are used to bend a wide variety of materials. Bends are either very large and gradual they are a complete 360 degrees. Roll benders typically have three rollers with top roll moving up and down to apply pressure on the material. The bottom two rolls are powered and they move the material back and forth.
Baileigh bending rolls are perfect for bending heavy plate into various diameters. Our bending rolls come in electric or hydraulic versions depending on the application at hand. Baileigh also has quality sheet metal slip rolls in stock for bending sheet metal to various diameters. Our slip rolls come in manual as well as electric versions depending on the application and budget. Both Baileigh plate rolls and slip rolls are in stock for demonstrations as well as quick deliveries.
Our tube and pipe notchers allow notching of anything round with an outside diameter of 1/2 inch to 3 inches. Take a look at our Model 800 tube and pipe notcher, it has an operator adjusted eccentric path. This feature allows this notcher to use only ONE tool to notch tubing, pipe, or solids with outside diameters of 1-3 inches. This unique feature means this machine tool reduces tooling costs.
