Baileigh's BS-210M is the perfect horizontal band saw when your job requires miter cuts up to sixty degrees. This compact band saw requires only 220 volts of power, so it is perfect for small to large machine shops where metal sawing applications under 6-3/4" are required to be cut. When using the hydraulic descent feature you can control the descent pressure for perfect cuts and can walk away from the machine that will automatically stop the blade once the metal is finished being cut. Like other Baileigh band saws, it comes standard with the ability to manually cut using a trigger switch and handle, or it can be switched over to utilize a hydraulic descent feature normally seen on more expensive models.

Baileigh"s BS-712M metal cutting bandsaw is a very robust machine with a heavy cast iron bow, pivot mechanism and vise. Unlike most other band saws on the market this one comes standard with a direct gear drive which increases blade life. This band saw comes with a rugged base and wheels making it portable to go to job sites or be pushed out of the way in smaller shops where space is precious.

This bandsaws head, pivot mechanism and vise base are constructed of the highest quality cast iron. It's saw head can operate in a vertical or horizontal mode offering more bang for the buck. All BS-712 bandsaws come with a solid three speed direct drive gear transmission that extends blade life.

The BS-250M band saw has a DC variable speed drive for speeds from 114 to 262 feet allowing the operator to precisely adjust the speed for the proper blade and material, again increasing the life of the blade and decreasing cutting rates. The BS-250M is a single miter band saw capable of cutting up to 9 inch round metal stock. This mitering band saw can cut from zero up to sixty degree angles. Like all Baileigh band saws this one includes a powerful industrial grade coolant pump that washes away chips before and after the cutting area. This cools the blade teeth, lubricates the blade, and removes the metal chips from the blade. It has a powerful 2 HP DC motor that delivers high torque even at slower speeds, ensuring no chattering of the blade, extending blade life.

The gear driven BS-350SA is a 10-1/2" dual miter Semi Automatic Band Saw and is the perfect saw for cutting at 90 degrees or miter angles. This saw has a dual angle head capable of cutting 0-60 degrees (R) and 0-45 (L), making it one of the most versatile bandsaws on the market. Quick releases allow the operator to change the miter angle in seconds. The vise clamp uses a handwheel coupled to a low ratio acme screw for positioning and a quick release and load hydraulic clamping system. The BS-20M is a Band Saw capable of cutting 13" OD and is the perfect saw for cutting at 90 degrees or miter angles. This band saw has four operating speeds, a miter head, and a hydraulic controlled descent devise for perfect feeds and longer blade life. Our band saws are constructed of a heavy cast iron saw head and base and the blades are guided via a tight tolerance hardened roller bearings and accompanied by tungsten wear guides. Each band saw has a powerful coolant system and a broken blade tensioning devise that shuts down the machine if the blade breaks. Of course guard doors are interlocked, so if someone opens a guard while the machine is running it will shut down the saw.

The BS-24SA horizontal band saw has a massive 18" x 21" capacity and utilizes a huge 1-1/2" blade, meaning you will get extremely straight cuts. This band saw is a semi-automatic model which has a powerful hydraulic vise, down feed, and bow return. When initiating a cut the vise will close, the machine will start-up and proceed with the cut. When the cut is complete the blade will shut down, the cutting head will return to the start position and the vise will open up, ready for the next cycle to proceed.
