Rolls – Standard and Custom Roll Bender Tools
Baileigh Industrial not only offers the top quality Roll Bender Machines but we can offer top quality standard and custom rolls for your machine. As the machine comes the standard section rolls can address mostly any square or rectangle profile used by most engineers. In additions to that we can offer round and square tube rolls both in steel and nylon. Baileigh can also help you address the difficult roll bending applications by offering custom rolls suitable for your custom extrusions and profiles.
Standard Section Roller Dies (Non-Keyed)
All machines come standard with section roller dies fitted on all three shafts. For the machines with two driven shafts such as the M40 and the M55, only the two sets that fit on bottom rolls are keyed and they are also knurled for added traction on the material. With machines that have all three shafts driven, such as models M60, H45, H55, and H85, all rolls are keyed and they are smooth.
Standard section dies are very well suited for most square and rectangle profiles of material. Varying profiles are accommodated re-sequencing the rolls in a variety different patterns.
Steel Round Tube and Pipe Dies
Steel Round tube and pipe dies should always being used with round tube when deformity of the tube or pipe is not acceptable. Standard steel round tube rolls can be used with any material and roll material with minimal surface marking. These rolls are available for all offered machines and are sold in sets of three.
Nylon Round Tube Rolls
Nylon round tube roll sets are suitable for round tubing or pipe where the surface is decorative or painted. These rolls are available for all offered machines. Sold in Sets of three.
Custom Rolls for Extrusions and Profiles
Rolls to accomodate customer extrusions or any profile are available for any machine. Customs rolls designed especially for your material will minimise distortion during the rolling process.
