Made in the USA, the tube bender RDB-350-TS is the workhorse of the Baileigh Industrial line of tube and pipe benders. Based off of the original RDB-350-S, this tube bender offers features that others can only dream of. An operator control station with touch screen allows user to store up to 170 programs within the memory of the controller itself and unlimited program storage/backup via micro SD port, with up to 10 bends per program. The RDB-350-TS can be programmed for desired angle, spring back for the material, and speed of the bend. Rotational orientation can also be kept track of within the programmer. Another unique feature of this pipe bender is the 320° rotation of the controllers head. This feature allows the RDB-350-TS to be operated from any location around the machine.
This pipe benders capacity is up to 2.5 inch Schedule 40 Pipe and up to 3.0 inch tube with a .187" wall thickness. The RDB-350-TS will be able to handle almost any job thrown its way, from round or square tubing, pipe, flat stock, angle iron, or solid rod. As with all Baileigh pipe benders, the RDB-350-TS accepts Baileigh industrial's standard drop on tooling. The RDB-350-TS tube bender is the perfect bender for any fabrication shop looking to save time and money. It features one shot bending to 360° both left and right. 180° bends can be achieved in about 16 seconds. Quick release counter die system allows maximum efficiency because the pipe bender can be loaded and unloaded quickly for high production runs. Another nice feature of the RDB-350-TS pipe bender is that it utilizes a portable cart with wheels for easy mobilization around the production floor.
Like all Baileigh computer controlled tube and pipe benders, the RDB-350-TS can accept a rotary positioning table. This table is available in various lengths for repeatable bends in a single piece of material. When the table is attached to the tube bender, it helps achieve very accurate bends in varying planes, as well as consistent measurements between bends.
Optional Features for Tube Bender and Pipe Benders
On all electric model pipe benders ou can attach an optional index table. This table gives you the ability to accurately position distances between bends using the adjustable stops the can be positioned along a linear scale. You can add an unlimited number of stops to this index table giving incredible versatility. The index table also allows you to position your material in varying planes using a rugged and sturdy 8 inch chuck. Material up to 2.5 inches in diameter can be accepted by the versatile chuck.
