Hydraulic Tube Bender and Pipe Bender

A hydraulic tube bender and pipe bender that can bend a tube up to 206 degrees without stopping or ratcheting. With variable speed controlled by the operator pipe bending can be completed in seconds on the RDB-500 pipe bender which reduces production time and improves efficiencies.

The model 500 is a super-duty industrial grade pipe bender and is manufactured with a heavy duty hydraulic system and cylinders allowing for a reduction in bending cycle times. Like all of our tube benders, the model 500 has a fast cycle time.

This pipe benders maximum capacity is 89 x 5.5mm nominal bore pipe (3" Schedule 40), and 76 x 6.5mm box section.

The maximum centre line radius is 305 mm (12"). The auto-stop mechanism operates with a simple hand wheel mechanism and numerical counter for setting the bend angle allowing for accurate and repeatable bends. As with all Baileigh Industrial tube benders, a solid steel construction is the underlying framework of the tube bending machine and it weighs an impressive 820Kg (1800 lbs). Die sets are interchangeable with all Baileigh pipe benders. All Baileigh pipe benders can be continue bending after stopping the machine part way through the bend saving on set-up costs (material savings). Made in America!
