The metal bending box and pan brake comes standard with an extra strong floor stand, counter weight to help assist lifting, and hardened fingers which ensures a crisp bend. This sheet metal brake can bend anywhere from 1 degree up to a maximum of 135 degrees and is constructed from steel plate which is electro welded for increased support.
BB-3616E Box and Pan Brake
The BB-3616E sheet metal box and pan folder can bend up to 915mm wide sheet metal. The range of fingers that come with the sheet metal bender vary in size to allow various depths and sizes of boxes and pans to be bent. This particular sheet metal box and pan brake can bend anything up to 16 gauge mild steel. Its constructed from steel plate which is extremely durable and has an electro welded frame work that means that all the bends are accurate even when bending in the middle of the machine at the machines full capacity. This box and pan folder has a heavy counter weight to assist the operator when bending at full capacity. There is a finger gap adjuster on both sides of the sheet metal box and pan brake to allow firm clamping for different gauges of material.
BB-4812 Box and Pan Brake
The BB-4812 Box and Pan Brake can handle up to 48" wide mild steel at a thickness of 12 gauge, and 16 gauge stainless steel. This sheet metal tool is great for the general fabrication shop that doesn't need to bend at web widths beyond 48". It is a very strong machine that can put perfect straight and tight bends into materials like mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel. This sheet metal brake has heavy duty truss rods coupled to a eletro welded all steel frame and uses hardened fingers that can produce minimal deflection even when bending a box up to 6" deep. The apron has precision lube for life bearings and dual counter weights to assist any bend up to the maximum width and thickness capacity, making it very precise and easy to operate piece of equipment. The BB-4812 comes standard with a rigid floor stand and three 3", two 4", five 5" and one 6" hardened fingers. This combination of fingers allows the operator to build almost any size of box and pan required, up to 48" wide. and can handle up to 12GA mild steel. The heavy duty apron has a solid stop rod system allowing this bending brake to be a repeatable machine for multiple production runs of the same item. This sheet metal bending machine's heavy all steel constructed framework weighs in at almost 2000 lbs, which is one reason it has no problem easily bending 12 gauge mild steel.
BB-4814 Box and Pan Brake
Baileigh’s BB-4814 box and pan folder is great value especially considering its 1220mm long and can bend up to 14 gauge stainless steel. This sheet metal bender has adjustable counter weights that can be adjusted to assist lifting the beam, which means that the amount of effort that the operator needs to put in greatly decreased. The box and pan brake’s teeth are in a range of different size’s to allow bending of corners. Furthermore it has fine tune adjustments for the upper beam to allow for different gauge material. The fingers are hardened for years of durability and use.
BB-4816 Box and Pan Brake
The BB-4816 Sheet Metal Brake can accept 48" wide sheets of mild steel with thicknesses of up to 16 gauge across the entire width of its apron. The quality construction of this sheet metal bender includes a heavy counter weight to assist with lifting the apron even when bending at full capacity. The BB-4816 metal brake can bend with no deflection because the heavy duty truss rod system is further supported by an all steel frame that is electro welded and the bending fingers are hardened, which creates straight edges on the tightest of bends. This finger brake has five 2", six 3" and five 4" fingers allowing the operator to configure for most box and pan layouts. The BB-4816's fingers can be configured to bend up to a 6" deep box or can act as a straight sheet metal brake when all the fingers are in place. and can handle up to 16GA mild steel.
BB-4816E Box and Pan Brake
The Baileigh BB-4816E sheet metal brake is a great economy machine for any metal fabricator who is a hobbyist, light fabricator, or a university or college. At maximum capacity this box and pan brake can bend 16 gauge mild steel using sheets up to 1220mm wide. A counter weight assists the operator and also makes make it easier on them when bending at full capacity. The frame is made of steel plate which is electro welded for additional strength.
BB-7212 Box and Pan Brake
The BB-7212 sheet metal bending brake is a 72" box and pan style brake that can be used as a straight brake or can be configured to make up to 6" deep pans utilizing a combination of 17 varying sized hardened fingers. This sheet metal tool is built very heavy weighing in at almost 2500 lbs and can easily bend up to 12 gauge thick mild steel or 16 gauge stainless steel. The apron is rigidly supported by a heavy duty truss rod system that eliminates any deflection throughout the span of the apron within the guaranteed capacity. The effort the operator has to use is minimized due to two heavy counter weights that help lift the apron that rides on lube for life precision bearings, which increases production and accuracy of the bend. A positive stop rod system is employed when multiple repeatable bends are required. Like all Baileigh sheet metal equipment, the BB-7212 comes with a rigid bending stand that is the proper height to increase production and reduce operator error and fatigue.
BB-9612 Box and Pan Brake
The BB-9612 Box and Pan Brake has 96" of useful bending width so it can bend a 4' x 8' the long way, up to 12 gauge mild steel, and 16 gauge stainless steel. This sheet metal tool has been rigidly built to withstand deflection in the apron area. The apron is reinforced with very heavy truss rods coupled to its massive all steel frame that is electro welded to withstand use at maximum capacity day in and day out for decades of quality bends. The heavy framework weighs in at an impressive 3200 lbs. This sheet metal brake's top apron has a 22 finger assortment of varying sizes to allow the operator to configure almost any box and pan up to a maximum depth of 6". The fingers and bending rail are hardened to produce extremely straight and tight bends for years of service, even in stainless steel. The bending apron has two massive counter weights to help assist the operator in fatigue free bending, even at maximum capacity. The apron side shafts ride in precision lube for life bearings that improves tolerance and longevity of apron. Like all Baileigh sheet metal equipment, the BB-9612 comes mounted on a solid floor stand that improves efficiency and reduces operator fatigue.
BB-12014 Box and Pan Brake
The BB-12014 sheet metal brake has a 120" wide web width to allow for 4' x 8' sheets to be bent at 45 degree angles. This fingler brake has 26 varying sized fingers that allows for metal bending of most size box and pans up to 6" deep. This massively built machine almost weighs in at 3500 lbs and supports a heavy duty truss rod system for supporting the apron during maximum capacity bends. Furthermore the apron is stabilized by the massive frame that is electro welded of all steel construction and ready to provide decades of serious use at the machines maximum capacity of 14 gauge mild steel and 18 gauge stainless steel. This is the perfect metal brake for the general fab shop or HVAC shop and accepts the entire length of sheet metal at 45 degrees, allowing for angle crimps to add support to long duct pieces, and can handle up to 14GA mild steel. The apron shafts ride in precision lube for life bearings allowing for better bend tolerances and less operator fatigue. The apron is further supported by two massive counter weights further reducing operator fatigue even at maximum capacity. Of course the individual hardened fingers can allow for straight bending or box and pan configurations.
