AS-350M Cold Saw
The AS-350M is a 360mm abrasive cut off saw that can mitre 45 degrees to the left or to the right. This machine’s heavy solid cast base and head are mounted on a rigid steel cabinet. The heavy casting improves machine sturdiness for crisper cuts and reduced vibration, compared to steel or sheet metal machines. The blade rotates at 4300RPM making it perfect for cutting pipe, angle iron, tube and much more. The taper lock vice in combination with the material stop is extremely useful when doing repeat cuts.
CS-225M Cold Saw
The CS-225M circular metal cutting cold saw is the perfect addition to any fabricator for cutting tubing, pipe, angle iron, solids and other materials. The cold saw has a coolant reservoir set in a heavy solid steel base with four rubber feet to reduce vibration on any bench top on which the cutting head is mounted. The main machine block in which the vice and pivot point are housed which holds the cutting head, is made from a cast iron frame, which makes this saw extremely sturdy. This bench top circular cold saw is equipped with a self centring vice that extends blade life due to no movement in the material when cutting commences. CS-275SA Cold Saw
The CS-275SA cold-saw has a semi-automatic feed meant for high production cutting. This saw is great for making one run cuts through round pipe, tube or solids, and square or rectangular tubing of mild or stainless steel, chromolly, aluminum, copper, titanium or other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The pneumatic clamping vise also has a floating clamp that independently holds the jaws. The semi-automatic feature offers less operator fatigue when cutting thicker materials like Sch. 80 pipe or solids. The CS-275SA comes standard with a self centering pneumatic vise, so there are no changes to make when changing diameters of tube or pipe.
CS-315M Cold Saw
The CS-315 cold saw is a powerful machine that can cut through solids, tubing, or pipe. The head has a strong motor coupled to a direct drive gear box that allows the blade to cut through the material chatter free which increases blade life. The saw has a thick cast iron base making it very rigid that is mounted on a nice steel base. This circular cold saw can miter 45 degrees to the left and 45 degrees to the right. The vise has a taper lock system that helps increase production when a lot of cutting is required. The vise clamps on both sides of the cut increasing blade life. The vise jaws are serrated for maximum hold.
