Manual Circular Cold Saw

The Baileigh Industrial CS-250EU manual circular cold saw has a 250mm (10 inch) cold saw blade and is a perfect saw for medium capacity products typical with small engineering shops.  The cold saw comes standard with a steel construction stand and a heavy duty cast iron base.  The cast iron base provides an extremely rigid base for precise and consistent cutting.

All of Baileigh Industrial's cold saws within the EU range have a 220V, 50Hz, single phase power requirement meaning that this range of metal saws can in almost any engineering shop around.  The CS-250EU has versatile mitring capabilities meaning that it can cut 45 degrees left or right making the saw an excellent choice for cutting tubing, angle iron, or tubing in fabrication facilities with limited space.  The vice mechanism allows for quick changeovers and secure dual sided clamping of material which extends blade life significantly.  And adjustable stopping mechanism comes standard with the machine and allows for repeatable and accurate cuts.

The CS-250EU circular cold cutting saw is CE Certified and comes with the appropriate guarding.  It comes with a standard flood coolant system providing for efficient removal of swarf and chips.  The CS-250EU is a manual cold saw which requires the operator to load the machine, clamp the material with the quick acting taper-lock mechanism, initiate saw blade rotation by depressing the trigger on the ergonomic pistol grip handle, and then consistently feeding the blade through the material.  A machine such as the CS-250EU is a perfect saw for colleges, gate makers, motorsport, and general small fabricators.
