Shear Brake and Roll Machine - SBR-3020
The SBR-3020 shear brake roll is perfect for small shops that have low production runs in a variety of small metal based products. This machine combines a metal shear, press brake and slip roll into one powerful machine that uses up a lot less floor space than if you had the 3 separate machines on your shop floor. This particular model has the capacity to work up to 20 gauge mild steel and 16 gauge aluminium in widths up to 760mm. The press brake on this machine has adjustable fingers on the top beam which make, making boxes an easy task to complete. The maximum bend angle on this machine for the sheet metal is 90 degrees. The slip rolls have three wire grooves, and a handy back gauge is also included for easy repeatability of bending.

This machine is an all in 1 sheet metal type that incorporates a slip roll, press brake and a sheet metal shear. With this in mind, it is perfect for the small fabricator who has a restricted floor space. This machine is a great addition to any fabricator, perfect for those one off projects or small production runs using a maximum of 16 gauge aluminium and 20 gauge mild steel, with material that can be as wide as 1020mm. The manual press brake can bend to a maximum of 90 degrees in sheet metal. The upper beam of the press brake has adjustable fingers that allow boxes and pans to be made with ease. These fingers are hardened which makes for an extremely crisp bend. The metal shear, which is manually powered, can cut at full capacity across the entire width of the machine. The manual slip roll has hardened rolls with three wire grooves for small round stock. There is a movable back gauge as standard to make repeatability easy.
