Features of the CS-350M Circular Cold Saw

Baileigh Industrial has the robust cold saws that you need to cut tube, pipe, extrusions, angle channel, solids in mild steel, stainless or aluminum and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Unlike commonly used band saw and abrasive saws, a Baileigh Industrial cold saw produce clean mill quality cuts. Cutting times are faster on the cold circular saw than on band saws. With a circular cold saw there won’t be any dust, grit or sparks to foul up you environment. Stock is cool to the touch immediately after cutting and is ready for the next operation. You will not have to deburr the cut edge, because of the mill grade cut. Our saws are a metal cutting circular saw that has been manufactured for fifteen years.

The model 350 cold saw comes in a manual or semi-automatic version. The outlined model is the CS-350M which is a circular cold saw that can cut up to 110mm diameter material and offers a 350mm blade. The semi-automatic version of the 350 cold saw is a circular cold saw with a 350mm blade that can cut up to 110mm outside diameter round stock. All cold saw models feature a standard dual actuating self centering vise that holds stock on both sides of the cut. This allows for accuracy and no loose pieces that could cause damage to the blade. The vise jaws of a Baileigh circular saw are designed to allow proper positioning of the material be it either round or square stock. The mitering head of this cold saw can swivel from center to either 45 degrees right or 90 degrees left. The quick lock table makes easy to utilize the full 135 degree spread.

All Baileigh Cold Saws feature heavy cast frames and larger footprints, providing for stable vibration free operation. There is convenient storage in our cold saw cabinet, which holds the manual adjustable stop, and tools which come with every cold saw. Every Baileigh cold saw has an adjustable material stop, which has a numeric gauge both in imperial and metric.
