Baileigh Limited are very pleased to offer a pillar drill press for the modern engineering workshop with an inverter driven head that has a simple speed potentiometer adjustment to change the RPM of the quill.  The DRO gives the exact speed of the quill.  This variable speed drill press allows any engineer or fabricator the ability to find the correct speed for any tapping or drilling application increasing tooling life.

We offer three versions of our variable speed pillar drill presses, having mild steel capacities of 25mm, 32mm and 38mm.  Each machine offers a heavy cast iron table with substantial T-slots to accommodate materials or vices securely. A heavy-duty coolant system washes swarf away as keeps tooling cooler and sharper longer.  The DP-1500VS  standard specification comes with a power down feed and auto reversing tap feature.
