Belt Grinder - BG-379
This abrasive belt grinder is 76mm wide and is perfect for grinding castings clean, or any metal surface that needs burrs removed. It uses a generous 4 hp motor that turns the standard 76x2010 abrasive belt at speeds of 1200 mpm. A removable catch bin helps keep the surrounds of the machine clean. This along with a powerful 220 volt dust extraction system means that mess is kept to a minimum. The top guard on the belt linishing machine opens up allowing for a large flat grinding surface which is perfect for grinding large areas. Like other Baileigh abrasive belt grinders, this one uses 220 volts, single phase, so it can work in any factory or home.
Belt Grinder - BG-679
This abrasive belt grinder has a large 150mm width and uses standard 150x2010mm belts. We use a powerful 4 hp motor to turn the belt at 3937 fpm using 220 volts, single phase power, allowing it to be used by any machine or fabrication shop, factory or college set up. Like all Baileigh abrasive belt grinders, this one is made of thick steel that is folded and welded. This construction technique reduces vibration which means the Belt Sander runs smoother, extending machine and belt life. This Baileigh Belt Linisher comes standard with guarding in place such as eye shields and a top cover to hide the belt when not in use. In addition there is a heavy duty rest that can be used to clean the ends of bar, pipe and tube along with many other materials.
Disc and Belt Grinder - DBG-106
Baileigh’s DBG-106 combines an abrasive disc grinder and abrasive belt grinder into one small unit which saves lots of floor space. This unit is equipped with a 1-1/2 hp motor that requires 220 volts, single phase power, meaning it can be used in any metal fabrication shop, college, university or household. The abrasive Disc grinder rotates at 2100 RPM and the abrasive belt grinder rotates at 504 MPM. This is the perfect addition to any fabricating environment and makes cleaning up burrs on metal, chamfering edges for welding, or cleaning up castings a breeze.
Disc Grinder DG-500
This 510mm disc grinder is heavily constructed with a cast iron base and work table to reduce vibration. A heavy column further increases the rigidity. This abrasive Disc grinder has a powerful 2 hp motor that uses 220 volts, single phase to run which means that it can run in any fabricators shop, college, or university. The work table on the DG-500 disc grinder has an easy to use hand wheel mitre adjustment that allows the operator to mitre up to 45 degrees. The entire work table can be moved up or down the column via a hand wheel adjuster.
