SH-5210 Hydraulic Sheet Metal Guillotine

The SH-5210 sheet metal shear is built using a simple design that allows for ease of operation, that has a very rigid frame allowing this piece of fabrication equipment to shear metal at full capacity and produces no deflection in the frame or shearing areas, meaning perfect shears every time. This model uses a foot pedal control that allows this machine to shear down when the pedal is pressed and retract when the pedal is depressed. Since the machine is a 52" wide piece of equipment there is no possibility of missed shearing on a 4' x 8' sheet.

SF-5216 Foot Operated Sheet Metal Guillotine

The SF-5216 sheet metal shear has a high torque step positioner that allows for easily shearing at the maximum useful width of 52" and max thickness capacity of 16 gauge mild steel. This metal cutting foot shear was designed for simplicity. It comes equipped with finger gaurds in place and front arm extensions for safety protection. This manual operated piece of sheet metal machinery is perfect for cutting through other materials like plastic or aluminum. The SF-5216 foot shear has a front gauge and back gauge range of 24" for repeatable cuts time and time again.

Compact Shear - SH-6014

The SH-6014 metal guillontine shear has a 1550mm shearing width and will guillotine to 2mm mild steel swiftly. This sheet metal shearing machine tool is made from sturdy welded steel plate allowing providing rigidity whilst shearing at full capacity. This guillotine shear will also cut through 1.2mm thick stainless steel.

Guillotine shear blades have several cutting edges allowing for the extended use of guillotine blades. High quality industrial cylinders pull the head and guillotine blade smoothly through the material one each and every cut prolonging the sheet metal shear blade life. On the top carriage there are 9 fingers facilitating the holding of the sheet metal against the in feed table minimising any lifting of material during the process of cutting.

The SH-6014 hydraulic metal shear comes standard with a manual material back-gauge mechanism or stop in addition to front support assisting the operators handling of sheet metal as it is being sheared and also providing for accurate and repeatable guillotine sheet metal cuts. The operator control panel is arranged for convenience allowing for the easy operator switching between jog mode, one cycle cut mode, or automatic mode. All cutting cycles are initiated by a foot pedal control.

Compact Shear SH-6010

The SH-6010 hydraulic guillotine metal shear has a 1550mm wide cutting are accommodating European sized sheet metal sizes. Standard equipment includes top quality industrial hydraulic systems. In addition a solid metal plate construction in implemented allowing this machine to shear metal smoothly shearing up to its capacity of 10 gauge (3.5mm) mild steel and 13 gauge (2.3mm) stainless steel. The high quality hydraulics and rigid welded metal frame structure facilitates smooth movements providing for extend blade life.

This hydraulic guillotine metal shear top shuttle is heavily constructed minimising any flex during guillotine shearing processes. All guillotine blades have multiple shearing edges extending blade life. The fabricator has the ability to control the mode he shears metal in. The operator can jog the upper carriage, cycle once per foot pedal push, or shear metal in automatic whilst holding the foot pedal down. Industrial hold downs fingers clamp the mild steel or stainless steel sheet solidly to the in guillotine shear bed table completely eliminating material lift during being shearing processes.

Metal Guillotine - Shear - MPS-3

The MPS-3 Manual Shear is a great addition to any sheet metal fabricator. The rotating shear blades can be adjusted to allow for different thickness material. The Shear also has a material guide that is fully adjustable to enable easy repeatable cuts. The MPS-3 has hardened blades to ensure clean, accurate cuts every time. The machine comes standard with a ratcheting handle that has an optional bolt on extension to maximise leverage which makes cutting the thickest sheet metal a breeze.
