Tube and Pipe Benders
Pipe benders and tube benders are used to shape, bend, and form any type of tube or pipe to different angles. You can bend your tube and pipe with your bender from 1 to 205 degrees,
and the bend can be on varying planes. Tube and pipe benders have nearly unlimited applications.
Cold Saws
These cold saws are used to cut tube, pipe and solids to varying lengths. These machine tools are also commonly referred
to as a circular saw machine or mitre saw machines. Circular saws are also used to cut materials on varying angles. A circular saw blade is used in these machines.
Cuts made with these cold circular saws are very precise and accurate.
Band Saws
A band saw employs a blade that could be compared to a rubber band but is made from metal. These
machines are used to cut similar materials to that of a coldsaw. These machines can produce mitre cuts
also, and are typically not quite as accurate as a cold saw. However a band saw is a useful to have because of their higher capacity.
A band saw can handle a wide variety of sizes and shapes of material.
Roll Benders
Roll bender machines are used to bend a wide variety of materials. Bends are either very large and gradual they
are a complete 360 degrees. Roll benders typically have three rollers with top roll moving up and down to apply
pressure on the material. The botttom two rolls are powered and they move the material back and forth.
Steelworkers
Baileigh Industrial Limited now offers a new line of Steelworkers in 44, 55 and 76 metric ton capacities. These steelworkers are are capable of shearing, punching, and notching
bar, angle or plate. Steelworkers are also commonly refered to as Ironworkers.
Tube and Pipe Notchers
Our tube and pipe notchers allow notching of anything round with an outside diameter of 1/2 inch to 3 inches. Take a look at our Model 800 tube and pipe notcher, it has an operator adjusted eccentric path. This feature allows this notcher to use only ONE tool to notch tubing, pipe, or solids with outside diameters of 1-3 inches. This unique feature means this machine tool reduces tooling costs.
