The MB-350 Mandrel Bender is the perfect machine for bending tight radi (down to 1-1/2 times the OD) of round tube and pipe, as well as square tubing. This mandrel exhaust pipe bender was designed specifically for the small fabricator who wants an exhaust bender for bending from 1" up to 3" OD in mild and stainless steel. We invested heavily in coming up with the right design allowing this machine to be extremely user friendly, and forgiving of slight changes in material.

Mandrel Bender Machines
Baileigh Industrial has been known for many years for it quality and extensive range of tube benders and pipe benders it offers to the engineer and metal fabricator. Baileigh Industrial’s tube benders and pipe benders work great for a wide variety of applications where the Centre Line Radius (CLR) of the bend is typically 2.5 times the outside diameter or greater. For the tube bending and pipe bending applications where the required CLR is around 1.5 times the outside of the tube or pipe a mandrel bender is the machine to accomplish the job. A mandrel bending application will work with mild steel tube bending applications, stainless steel tube bending applications, or aluminium tube bending applications. The primary difference between standard rotary draw pipe bender and a mandrel tube bender is that a mandrel pipe bender has mechanism to support the interior structure of the tube or pipe as it is being drawn around the bend die and this allows a mandrel bender to achieve a much tighter CLR than a convention tube bender or pipe bender.
