Bead Roller - BR-18
The BR-18 bead rolling machine has an ample 18” throat depth making it perfect for strengthening any type of panel such as roof, deck, and hoods. This bead roller is manually operated by a hand crank that drives both the bottom and top bead rolls. A depth of bead can be altered by a simple top roll adjustment.
This bead rolling machine comes standard with a heavy duty stand with a roll rack and six sets of the most common rolls required by metal forming enthusiasts. Bead Roller - BR-18E
This power bead roller is constructed of a heavy steel framework that is electro welded making it extremely sturdy. All rotating points have bronze bushings for long life. A powerful industrial grade motor and gearbox drive the rolls forward or reverse. Control of this power bead roll is by a variable speed foot pedal that allows the operator to have both hands free to work the material. The BR-18E power bead roller has a capacity of 18 gauge mild steel and 16 gauge aluminium. The bead depth is adjustable via the top roll. This metal bead roller has an ample 920mm throat depth.
Bead Roller - BR-22
The Baileigh BR-22 sheet metal roller is an extremely tough manually operated bead roller. It is one of the toughest manually operated bead rollers available. The bead roller comes with 6 different roll setup ups as standard. Furthermore this bead roller has a generous throat depth of 180mm. English Wheel EW-28
Baileigh’s English wheel is constructed from a heavily built floor stand that can bend 18 gauge mild steel or aluminium. This particular English Wheel can handle smoothing aluminium or mild steel into compound curves from sheet metal for restoration or bodywork on cars, planes, motorcycles and much more. This machine has a very generous throat depth of 710mm. The EW-28 English wheel comes standard with a 205x50mm upper roll and includes five lower anvil rolls with varying convexes. The radius included for the four lower rolls are 50mm, 80mm, 110mm, 150mm, 205mm, and 305mm.
English Wheel - EW-40
Baileigh’s quality built English Wheels have a generous 1015mm throat depth, and ships complete with five bottom anvils and one 180mm upper wheel. It has a rugged electro welded frame and stand for ease of use and years of quality shaping and forming metal. The EW-40 English wheel has a 13 gauge aluminium capacity and an 18 gauge mild steel capacity. The EW-40 is a quality machine for a reasonable price.
Shrinker Stretcher - MSS-16F
The Baileigh MSS-16F a heavy duty foot operated shrinker stretcher for shrinking and stretching mild steel sheet metal. This particular shrinker, stretcher can go down to 16-gauge mild steel (14-gauge aluminium) in thickness. This machine is perfect for working metal that can be used for aeroplanes, motorcycles and cars. This machine is ruggedly built and can shrink or stretch metal with ease at full capacity.
Shrinker Stretcher - MSS-16
Baileigh’s MSS-16 sheet metal shrinker stretcher is made from a heavy cast iron frame with a deep 205mm throat. It comes standard with two sets of jaws, one for shrinking and one for stretching. This manually operated machine has a heavy engagement lever that allows perfect control of the function at hand. This sheet metal shrinker stretcher has an aluminium capacity of 14 gauge and mild steel capacity of 16 gauge. No other sheet metal stretcher shrinker on the market has such a generous throat depth with a heavy maximum capacity at such a good price.
Shrinker Stretcher - MSS-18
Baileigh’s MSS-18 sheet metal shrinker stretcher has both a complete shrinker and a complete stretcher both mounted in their own cast iron housings side by side. The heavy casting enables perfect functionality at full capacity, which is 16-gauge in aluminium and 18-gauge in mild steel. Both of the units are foot operated and are mounted on top of a rigid steel frame. Baileigh’s sheet metal shrinker stretcher unit is constructed to last for years of profitable production. When the shrinker, stretcher jaws wear out ordering replaceable jaws is no issue.
