Compact Bender - MCB-650
Baileigh’s MCB-650 flat bar bender is built to bend up to 8x32mm mild steel or 6x50mm mild steel as the maximum capacity. This fantastic ornamental bender is ruggedly built and is very useful to have to produce anything from railings, fences, gates and hundreds of other applications. This flat bar bender comes standard with 7 die sets from 25.4mm up to 76mm for flat metal. Other solid applications such as wire, rod, and bar can be bent as well up to a maximum of 200 degrees.
Universal Bender - MPB-10
Baileigh’s MPB-10 scroll bender is an ornamental metal bender that is suitable for any fabrication shop that is working with copper, aluminium or wrought iron. It is made from a very heavy cast iron frame with a large 210mm round table that fits three different sizes of scrolling attachments. This is a manual machine that comes with a very heavy bending lever that efficiently transfers the power put through the leaver to the scrolling head. This iron bender has the capacity to bend 29mm wide X 10mm thick wrought iron for fences, gates, railings, furniture, decorative metal art and much more. This machine is great for producing rings, radius bends, spirals and angle bends.
Universal Bender - MPB-15
Baileigh’s MPB-15 universal bender has been made to bend mild steel, aluminium, wrought iron and much more. It is three machines in one, offering radius bending, angle bending and scroll bending. This doesn’t just bend flat bar, it can also bend round, rectangle and square bar to. It can bend anything up to 16mm round bar, 30x8mm flat bar, 15mm square bar all in mild steel. This ornamental bender is perfect for producing fences, gates, railings and much more.
