Baileigh Industrial’s line of CNC plasma tables are unlike anything currently on the market. Available in standard and heavy duty models, these plasma tables come complete with everything you need to get started at an affordable price.
The standard model plasma tables come in two different versions, one with auto height detection and one without. The auto height detection option is very popular for plasma tables that regularly cut over 3/8”. Each CNC plasma table comes with its own control pedestal that integrates easy to use controls for the movement of the plasma head, while high quality stepper motors control the movement of the gantry.
The Baileigh Industrial heavy duty line of CNC plasma tables comes with the auto height detection standard and uses high quality industrial grade Panasonic® servo motors to control the movement of the gantry and Thermadyne® plasma system. The control pedestal on the heavy duty models have a live screen to watch the cutting process and do some limited programming.

Plasma Table - PT-44

Plasma Table - PT-44-VH
The PT-44VH CNC plasma table is an industrial grade 4’ x 4’ (working area) plasma cutting table that comes standard with a variable height control allowing for perfect arc distance at all times even on uneven materials, making each cut perfect, every time. This quality cnc plasma cutting machine requires 220 Volts of single phase power so it will work at almost any fabrication site throughout North America.
Plasma Table - PT-510-HD
The PT-510HD CNC plasma cutting table comes standard with a ruggedly constructed square and rectangle box frame, built to easily handle the weights of loading the machine at maximum capacity (note: the machine was built to easily handle a 1” thick piece of steel plate that is 5’ X 10’).
