SR-2420M Manual Slip Roll
The SR-2420M slip roll is the perfect slip roll for anyone who needs an inexpensive machine that will roll up to 610mm wide, 20 gauge sheet metal. This machine will roll arches, cylinders and cones out of sheet metal that can get as down to 75mm diameter. This machine is built with 3 wire grooves on the roller that allow for rolling of wire or rod. This particular sheet metal bender is light weight, therefore making it great for transferring between jobs. To roll the sheet metal simply place the section of sheet metal into the slip roll, then adjust the back roll to the desired curvature and begin rolling. This sheet metal slip roll is extremely easy to adjust and operate, making it a pleasure to use.
SR-3622M Manual Slip Roll
Baileigh’s SR-3622M slip roll is a wonderful slip roll for those that need a high quality, inexpensive machine that can roll sheet metal with a width up to 915mm wide. This particular machine can roll any thickness up 22 gauge sheet metal. This machine will roll cones, arches and cylinders out of sheet metal with a minimum circular diameter of 75mm. This machine comes standard with 3 wire grooves that make rolling of rod or wire a breeze. This sheet metal bender is a light weight slip which makes it great for small projects and is perfect for transferring between job sites.
SR-5016M Manual Slip Roll
The SR-5016M has a forming width of 50" with a capacity of 16 gauge mild steel. This is a three roll machine with two driven rolls that are made of polished, hardened carbon steel offering years of reliable service. SR-5016 Powered Slip Roll
The SR-5016 powered slip roll has a forming width of 50" with a capacity of 16 gauge mild steel. This is a three roll machine with two driven rolls that are made of polished and hardened carbon steel offering years of service. PR-413 Plate Roll
The PR-413 is the perfect plate roll for rolling sheet metal at up to 4' wide with a thickness of 13 gauge mild steel or 17 gauge stainless steel. This is a single pinch, 3 roll machine, that has a very rigid cast iron frame coupled to induction hardened rolls. This type of rigidity reduces deformation of the rolls when rolling at capacity of the machine.
PR-514 Plate Roll
Baileigh's PR-514 plate roll is the perfect plate roll bender for small and medium rolling applications. This sheet metal forming machine has a useful width of 5' and has a capacity of 14 gauge mild steel sheet metal. The machine has a rugged frame that allows no deflection across the useful width, even at maximum capacity. The rollers are induction hardened to allow years of useful life that also helps in eliminating any possible deflection. The rolls also have three wire grooves. This plate roll bender has a 3-1/2 HP motor that has a direct gear drive system allowing for a sure transfer of power that reduces slipage. This machine has power requirements of 220 volt, three phase, 50 hertz. The top roller has an outside diameter of 3-1/2" and with the right material and thickness can roll as tight as 1-1/2 times the top roll. Having a useful width of 5' is perfect when the fabrication project requires rolling 4'x8' sheets. This size also allows for rolling cones or funnel shapes. Bending capacities of 14GA aluminum and mild steel are easily accomplished, as well as up to 18GA stainless steel.
PR-510 Plate Roll
Baileigh's sheet metal equipment includes this small, yet very strong plate roll with a bending capacity of 10 gauge mild steel at its full useful width of 5'. The PR-510 sheet metal forming plate roller has 4-3/4" OD rolls that are induction hardened and includes four standard wire grooves. The hardened rolls and a very rigid frame constructed from heavy spheroid cast iron, together eliminate deflection of the rolls throughout the useful width of the plate roll, even at maximum thickness capacity.
