Sheet Metal Shears (Guillotines)
Baileigh's sheet metal equipment consists of a sheet metal cutting machine for all thicknesses down to 10 gauge mild steel. Our line of metal cutting machines includes foot operated models, as well as hydraulic operated models. Baileigh sheet metal shears are heavily built to withstand years of cutting at full capacity. Each model we sell ships standard with a set of high carbon, high chromium blades that offer years of service and can be re-surface ground for additional cutting life. Each model is equipped with finger guards and front arm extensions for safety and protection. Though the machines have been designed for shearing various metals, other materials like plastics can be cut as well.
Horizontal Press Brakes
The horizontal press brake was first introduced by SIMASV in 1957, are particularly distinguished by their flexibility and versatility. User-friendly and easy to maintain, our horizontal press brakes can be fitted with countless tools. Our horizontal bending press fits any small to medium-sized industry when machinery for large-scale production must necessarily make way for machinery with distinctly lower production costs.
Hydraulic Presses
These Baileigh hydraulic shop presses are extremely robust and built to last. The casing is very stable. It is made of quality steel sections welded very carefully. The hydraulic system is extremely precise, whether operated electrically or manually. The height of the heavy work table can be adjusted easily and effortlessly using the hydraulic cylinder. These Baileigh shop presses are excellent for general assembly and straightening work, but also for testing work pieces or for pressing bearings in and out. That's why Baileigh hydraulic shop presses are a must for engineering workshops, repair firms and technical training institutions.
Steelworkers / Ironworkers
Baileigh Industrial offers a line of Steelworkers (aka: Ironworkers) with capacities of 44 and 55 metric tons. Baileigh Steelworkers are capable of bar, angle and plate shearing, punching, and notching. Our iron workers are fully integrated machines that consist of two massive plates that sandwich the material, to perform shearing, punching and notching.

Tube and Pipe Notchers
We offer tubing notchers, pipe notchers and round solid notchers. Our Model 800 notcher has an operator adjusted eccentric path. This adjustment feature allows this machine to use only ONE tool to notch tube, pipe, or solids with outside diameters of 1-3 inches, this reduces tooling costs. The Model 800 can notch less than 1 inch by using an optional 1/2 inch end mill. Our Model 900 abrasive notcher allows for notching of anything from ½ inch all the way up to 3 inches. However tooling changes are necessary on the 900 for different materials.
