Baileigh Industrial Ring and Angle Roll Bender
This is a sturdy and rugged bender that is used to create larger more gradual bends than a rotary draw bender can accomplish. Baileigh Industrial Limited roll benders are available with a capacity of up to 2.25 inch tubing or 1.5 inch schedule 40 pipe.
All roll benders come standard with universal section dies on all three shafts. These section dies can be reconfigured to accommodate many profiles of material, including round or square tube, pipe, and angle iron. Other materials that can be accommodated by the roll bender are solid round or square. Custom tooling is available for all applications you wish to tackle on your roll bender. We have plastic rolls available for aesthetic no marring applications such as anodized aluminum or decorative stainless steel. Bar twisting and scrolling attachments are available for the M30 and M35. This roll bender is equipped with a 1.25 horsepower motor which is fastened to a spheroid cast iron frame.
On these particular roll benders the two bottom 4.6 inch diameter rolls are driven by the motor. The rotation of the rolls is controlled by the standard foot pedal control set. Adjustment of the top roller is completed manually with an easy to use quality machined twist handle which can be adjusted with a slight twist of the hand.
Scrolling Attachment (C & S Attachment)
Scrolling attachments are otherwise know as a C&S attachments and are handy for many applications. Such as decorative metal furniture, or making gates and fences. This attachement will increase your productivity and creative ability.
