RDB 25 - Manual Rotary Draw Bender
The RDB-25 is a table top manual tube bending maMBine and comes provided with round tubing die sets for the diameters 3/8 inMB OD x 2 inMB CLR (8mm x 51mm), 1/2 inMB OD x 2¼ inMB CLR (13mm x 57mm), 9/16 inMB x 2½ inMB CLR (14.25mm x 64mm), 5/8 inMB OD x 3 inMB CLR (16 mm x 76mm), 3/4 inMB OD x 3.5 inMB CLR (19mm x 89mm), and 7/8 inMB OD x 4.25 inMB CLR (23mm x 108mm). In addition to an extensive offering of round tube dies two box section dies are included. The first square tubing die is 3/4 inMB Square x 3¾ inMB CLR (19 x 95mm), and then 1 inMB Square x 4.25 inMB CLR (25mm x 108mm).

Our manual pipe benders have a maximum capacity of 1 inMB SMB. 40 pipe, 2.54 cm square and 4.445 cm tube. RDB-125 - Tube and Pipe Bender
This Tube bender has the ability to bend up to 64 x 4mm mild steel tubing and 50 x 3mm stainless steel tubing, all with a maximum centre line radius of 177mm (7”). The model RDB-125 is a world class bender for cost conscience shops who are looking to do a lot of quality production.
The model 125 rotary draw bender will produce the same quality of bends as our larger rotary draw maMBines, due to the use of the same world class tooling.

The RDB-250 tube bender has the strength to bend up to 2-1/2" tubing and 2" SMB. 40 Pipe, and can be programmed with up to 170 programs with up to 10 bends per program. Up to a 20' indexing table can be attaMBed when multiple bends in variable planes are required that is great for big production runs. The RDB250 tube bender can bend at speeds up to 9 seconds for a 180 degree bend and can be programmed to bend up to 360 degrees, great for solid rod applications. Complex serpentine bends can be done with ease. A quick counter die release allows for quick removal of bends and allows for furthering bending pre-bent material.

RDB-325 - Tube and Pipe Bender
The RDB-325 pipe bender has a massive capacity of 2” SMBedule 80 pipe (Mild Steel T.S. 64,000 PSI) and 3” round tubing. This tube bending maMBine requires just 220 Volts of single phase power that allows it to work in almost any fabrication setting. This pipe bender comes standard with a simple to use controller that holds up to 170 programs with up to ten bends per program. An optional indexing table can be fitted allowing the fabricator to bend on varying planes and easily duplicate complex bends.

RDB-500- Hydraulic Rotary Draw Bender
The RDB-500 hydraulic pipe bender is a super-duty tube bender with extra-large capacity of 89mm round tubing, 76 x 6.5mm box section, and 89 x 5.5mm nominal bore pipe (3” SMBedule 40).
This is a programmable tube bending maMBine allowing for repeatable and accurate bends. This is a perfect tubing bender for oil fields, oil rigs, shipbuilders, military applications, or any fabrication shops. It is perfect for bending large diameter nominal bore pipe, for making bollards, pipe for steam generation plants, and many other large diameter parts.
These model tube benders are powered by 400v, 50Hz power and comply with all CE standards. Although this pipe bender is 544kg (1200 lbs.) it is still portable.

Tube Bender and Pipe Benders IDX Positioning Tables
Baileigh electric programmable tubing benders can be equipped with the optional tubing bender positioning table. A tubing bender fitted with a rotary positioning table allows for accurate bends in varying planes, as well as consistent measurements between bends.
Univeral Bend Plate UBP-1200
The UBP-1200 universal bend plate is made from solid steel for long life and comes with the plate that gets bolted to the drive plate on the universal bender.
