TN-300 - Tube & Pipe Notcher
The TN-300 tubing notcher is great for anyone looking to notch from 19mm to 76mm OD tubing or up to 2” schedule 40 pipe .This notcher is an industrial grade hole saw type tube and pipe notcher that will allow for precise notches between 0 and 60 degrees, including offset notches. The rugged notching vise uses a V-Jaw design that allows the part to stay on center with the cutter, as well as providing a better hold for round profiles. The TN-300 tube notcher’s vise has a quick release taper lock system that allows it to be adjusted to a new angle in seconds.

This notching machine is perfect for coping the ends of 19mm to 76mm OD tubing and up to 2.5” schedule 40 pipe. TN-800 - End Mill Tube and Pipe Notcher
The Model 800 tubing notcher has an operator adjusted eccentric path that requires only one cuter to notch weld joints on tubing, pipe, or solids with outside diameters of 1 inch to 3 inch. The model 800 will notch quicker and cleaner than abrasive style machines without sparks, dust, and excessive heat. This machine will not contaminate the weld joint, offering more strength in the weld. This unique feature means the tooling cost savings are ongoing. This tube notcher comes standard with one spindle and two belts. The Baileigh Abrasive Tubing Notcher uses abrasive belts that can be sourced locally, which will reduce operation cost. Abrasive belts can be changed quickly due to our unique belt tensioning system. The Model 600 pipe notcher has a lever feed mechanism that offers effortless tube notching and has a positive stop for repetitive notches. Automatic belt tension system reduces tracking issues, and adjusts to accommodate for any stretching. Proper tension extends belt life. This machine will notch up to 3 inch OD.
